The Shimano 105 ST-R7020 Shifter/Brake Levers are the first hydraulic disc brakes to ever be offered at the 105 level, bringing the reliability and power of disc brakes to a more affordable range. They feature redesigned internal shift units for slimmer, more ergonomically shaped control levers similar to the R8000 shifters.

Features increased reach adjustment of up to 15mm, which provides more control and reliable performance in all riding conditions.
